Valmera Medium Slim Vertical Alabaster LED Wall Light 640mm - Soft White

The Valmera Medium is a 640mm vertical wall light cut from a single slab of natural Spanish alabaster, set in a slim soft white frame with solid copper internals. The panel measures 80mm wide with an 80mm projection from the wall, and houses an integrated 7W LED running at 3000K on 230V mains. The light source sits behind the stone, so the alabaster itself becomes the diffuser rather than a separate shade.

Sized for hallways, stairwells, bedside walls and either side of a fireplace or mirror, the medium Valmera suits positions where a full-height vertical panel would feel too dominant but a small sconce would look lost. The narrow footprint keeps it close to the wall, which works in tighter circulation spaces and along corridors where projection matters. Mounting is direct to the wall with concealed fixings, and the integrated driver removes the need for a separate transformer.

Each alabaster panel carries its own veining pattern, with tonal shifts between soft ivory and cloudier grey striations running vertically through the stone. When the LED is on, those veins read as darker and lighter passages within a continuous column of warm light. The soft white frame is finished to a low sheen that frames the stone without competing with it, and the clean rectangular edges keep the silhouette disciplined against painted, panelled or papered walls.

Does the Valmera need a separate driver or transformer?

No. The 7W LED runs directly from 230V mains and the driver is integrated within the fitting, so it wires in like a standard mains wall light with no external transformer needed.

Is it dimmable?

The product specification does not list dimmable operation. If you intend to pair the Valmera with a dimmer switch, please contact us first to confirm compatibility for your specific installation.

How does the medium size compare to the standard Valmera?

The medium Valmera is 640mm tall with the same 80mm width and 80mm projection as the rest of the range. It sits between the smaller wall light and the full-height vertical panel, suiting positions where a taller fitting would dominate but a compact sconce would be lost.

Will each piece look the same as the photo?

The veining and tonal shifts vary between panels because the alabaster is natural Spanish stone cut from different sections of the block. The overall silhouette, frame finish and dimensions are consistent, but the pattern in the stone itself will be unique to each piece.
